Home Made Pizza w/ Tomato Sauce
Tomato Sauce: Sautee in Olive Oil, Diced Red Onion, Chopped Garlic Clove, Salt and Pepper to Taste, Cook Until Soft. Add 2 Cups Plum Tomato, Mash as they Tender. Add Red Wine or Balsamic Vinegar to Taste. Dash Lemon Zest and Fresh Basil.
Blend in Food Processor for a Smooth Textutre.
Take Flatbread, Spread Sauce, Layer Mozzarella, Artichoke, Kalamata Olives, Carmelized Onion and Bake in Oven 375 F for 20 mins
Top with an Arugula and Basil Salad and a Balsamic Glaze Drizzle. Slice and Eat! Yay!
