Flapping Out!

Rolled Oats & Chia Seed Pancakes
W/ Apple Hash and Agave drizzle


Pancake: Mix banana, one egg, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup chia Seed, dash of cinnamon and clove and vanilla 
Apple Hash: Sautee diced apples in coconut oil (can add sausage or veggie sausage if desired) Cook until soft
Pour Pancake mix on skillet with a dash of coconut oil, cook till done
Top with Apple hash and drizzle with Agave

This is a heartier breakfast, great for a weekend brunch. 

*add blueberries for additional flavor
