Chia Pudding
Chia Seed Pudding w/ Almond Milk
Chia Pudding with Almond Milk and Fresh Nectar
Add 2 Cups Almond Milk, 2/3 Cup Chia Seed, A Dash of Vanilla, Cinnamon and Clove to Taste
*for a sweeter pudding you can use 1 tbsp agave or ground coconut sugar
Mix all of the above in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight
Spoon a serving in a bowl, add fresh sliced nectar and dig in!
Chia seeds are high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, calcium, fiber and loaded with antioxidants!! A great source of energy to get you started on your day.
