“Aw Kale No” Pasta Salad w/ Vegetarian Bolognese

Not Your Average Pasta Salad 


Bolognese Sauce: Sautee Red Onion, Garlic Clove, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper to Taste, 2 Cups Plum Tomatoes, Balsamic Vinegar to Taste, Lemon Zest, Ground Smoked Almonds (fake meat), Kalamata Olives, Fresh Basil

Add Washed and Chopped Kale to a Bowl, Top with Vegetarian Bolognese!! Botta Bing Botta Boom it’s a Healthy Pasta Salad!  

*non paleo diet can add parm if desired 

You can also substitute your kale for steamed broccoli. Broccoli is actually a good source of protein for vegetarians along with all of it’s other amazing benefits!!
